Yes! While every situation is unique, in most cases we can get you insurance even if you car is not a typical street driven car. And while we can help ensure you have coverage, we cannot guarantee your state will accept your registration for non-insurance reasons.
No! In fact, it might even be cheaper. We are agents and are paid strictly on the commissions from the carriers we place business with. We add no markup or fees to your policy. Plus, we work for you, not the carrier.
Most agents don’t know how to write open cockpit car insurance. A common “trick” they will try is to just write it as some random model car. We do not use or recommend this approach. You may have problems maintaining coverage, you could have problems if you have a claim and you are unlikely to get anything like the real value of your vehicle in the event of a loss.
