The Amelia Concours 2026 – 31st Amelia Concours d’Elegance

As parts of the celebration of earning Hagerty Top Gear status for 2026, some of the Traction team will be headed the The Amelia Concours on Amelia Island. Our team will be not only taking in the incredible shows car, but attending events, meeting with clients and of course connecting with one of our key partners, Hagerty.

The full weekend of events runs Thursday March 5th through Sunday March 8th. The main event is the 31st Amelia Concours d’Elegance which will occur 9:30am to 4pm on Saturday March 7th. The Amelia Concours is one of America’s premiere car shows, featuring 250+ historically significant vehicles vying for trophies and awards in 35 different classes.

This is no ordinary classic car show, this is truly a “it list” of car collections and collectors.

Other events including key note speakers, collector car auctions, RADwood race car displays and much more.

Tickets are available now, but are selling quickly with a number of events already sold out, particularly for vehicle display.

2026 Amelia Concours Seminar Speakers

Sabré Cook

Sabré Cook is a professional racing driver and mechanical engineer. A 14-time professional karting champion, she has competed across SCCA, Road to Indy, F4, F3, W Series, NLS, MX-5, WRL, and Porsche one-make championships. She currently races in Porsche Carrera Cup North America as the inaugural member of the Porsche Mobil 1 Female Driver Development Program. Sabré holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and has worked with Infiniti Global (Nissan), Renault F1 Team, Formula Mazda, and Paretta Autosport/ Ed Carpenter Racing in INDYCAR.

Ken Gross

Ken Gross served as the Executive Director of the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. His sixteen critically acclaimed automobile exhibitions have appeared at many major American Fine Art Museums nationwide. A 35-year Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance Chief Class Judge and a 20-year member of the Selection Committee, Ken is a founding member of ICJAG, Chief Judge for the Greenwich (Connecticut) Concours, and he judges at many North American and European Concours d’Elegance. The author of 25 books, and countless magazine articles, Ken is a recipient of The Automotive Hall of Fame Distinguished Service Citation, The International Motor Press Association’s Ken W. Purdy award, the Motor Press Guild’s Dean Bachelor Award, the Society of Automotive Historians’ “Friend of Automotive History” Award, and the Lee Iacocca award. He’s been a Classic Car Club of America member for over 60 years, and he belongs to many automotive clubs. A hot rodder for decades, his garage houses a 1932 Ford highboy roadster, a 1939 Ford convertible coupe, a 1940 Ford business coupe and a 1973 Ducati 750GT motorcycle. His wife, Trish Serratore has a 1961 Porsche 356B Super 90 coupe.

Chip Foose

Star of TV’s Overhaulin,’ Douglas Sam “Chip” Foose is an epic contemporary artist, designer and customizer of automobiles in America. Foose grew up in California, working for his father’s company, Project Design, as well as others, including Hot Rods by Boyd. In 1998, he and his wife started Foose Designs. At 31, he was the youngest to be inducted into the Hot Rod Hall of Fame, and he was the first to receive the Goodguys Trendsetter Award. Foose has won America’s Most Beautiful Roadster seven times, the Ridler Award four times, Goodguys Street Rod of the Year eight times, and Best of Show from Ford Motor Company. Foose was named as a 2016 SEMA Hall of Famer, a title given to leaders who have shaped and inspired the automotive specialty-equipment market.

Tommy Kendall

Tommy Kendall (born October 17, 1966) is an American race car driver and television broadcaster. He is best known for his IMSA GT Championship and SCCA Trans-Am Series career. In 2015, he was inducted in the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America. In 2025, Kendall was inducted into the Trans-Am Series Hall of Fame.

Mia LeRoux

Mia LeRoux is a professional race car driver, driving instructor, and content creator who refuses to fit a single mold. An IMSA-licensed competitor in Spec Miata, Historic Porsche, Pro SM, rally, and 4×4 off-road, she’s also a University of Florida senior earning dual degrees in Applied Mathematics and Sports Journalism—with law school in her sights. Mia instructs at The Motor Enclave in Tampa and is proof that passion and academics aren’t mutually exclusive.

Mark Raffauf

Mark Raffauf started working at the International Motorsports Association (IMSA) in 1974, worked his way up to be founder JohnBishop’s successor as the second President of the organization in 1988 andremains there today as Senior Director of Competition encompassing bothsporting and technical regulation oversight and development.  Prior to that in the early 70’s he was aNationally Licensed SCCA Technical Inspector and worked a number of Can-AM,Trans-Am and Formula 5000 events. In IMSA he was IMSA’s second Race andCompetition/Technical Director throughout the first GTP era in the 1980’s. Throughthe many iterations of IMSA and Grand American Road Racing (Grand-Am) he has heldpositions related to overall management, technical and car rule development,and enforcement as well as event sporting and racing operations. Along the wayhe came to Daytona in 1999 to help start and operate Grand-Am. He was aninstrumental part of the team that created the Daytona Prototype race carcategory along with being the race director for almost all the history of thecategory, overseeing and calling every race for over a decade.

He is one of the selected few to be awarded the RRDC (RoadRacing Drivers Club) prestigious Phil Hill award in 2022 for outstandingservice to road racing. He is also, along with IMSA founder John Bishop, one oftwo U.S. based individuals inducted into the Caribbean Motorsports Hall of Famein San Juan PR for their contributions and support of Road Racing around the Caribbeanbasin, Central America and Northern South America.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors for ACCUS,FIA (Automobile Competition Committee of the United States) and FIAInternational Commissions for Endurance Racing, Prototypes, Manufacturers andHistoric cars

Following the combination of Grand-Am and ALMS in 2014 hehas remained at the forefront of both IMSA’s sporting direction as well astechnically overseeing the team that developed the DPi category cars usingaero, mechanical, and internal and external resources from around the worldwhich ushered IMSA into the current top category hybrid GTP Prototypesconsidered by many today as  the mosttechnically advance race cars in motorsports today.

His insight into every aspect of the cars, theirdevelopment, how they raced and the people who raced them over five and halfdecades is an important part of all of North American Sports Car Racing and IMSA’s history, being one of thefew remaining individuals who was there and has worked events for varioussanctioning authorities and IMSA  forover 50 years.
